Quienes te conocemos no
Olgado, UN ciudadano digno y ejemplar.

Conde Olgado to Secheep
The Civil Association in Defense of the Right of Citizenship, over sixteen years has accompanied Miguel Conde Olgado in this struggle to claim their rights were overwhelmed by an unjust act, as was the unlawful dismissal from his post Secheep work, which occurred on April 15, 1999, that the employer's intransigence to resolve the conflict, forced him to set up a tent claim, known as CARP SECHEEP over fifteen years (Guinness Record).
Those were hard times, ruled the province of Chaco Dr. Angel Rozas, who endorsed this fact by allowing Ing. Carlos Enrique Camargo, member of the Board, committed the illegal act that violated constitutional, labor, trade union and human rights worker.
The event had the support of Ing. Carlos Padilla, who said sign the dismissal of good faith, ie without verifying that the act is legal, and Ing. Benicio Szymula, which was given to the authoritarian attitudes of Camargo.
This is an example of how sometimes the public service is used by some officials as if it were his own, without assessing the damage they can cause to the state and the individual.
. It all began with an act of injustice and persecution by labor officials Secheep, who believed that everything ended with dismissal. But they lacked awareness and tenacity Olgado Miguel Conde, who transformed his personal misfortune in a protest tent, a professor of public teaching, how we must defend our rights against abuse of officials
The following administration of the company, members of the electricity corporation consistently refused to recognize the inalienable rights of the affected and postponed indefinitely a just solution to the conflict.
But when the struggle is just, justice sooner or later must come, because the lie has short leg and the truth always reached.
That Tent, although apparently silent, reflecting the deafening cry of a claim of justice, which it showed to a company that refused to acknowledge that it had committed a wrongful act.
Dignity, tenacity and dedication has proven Miguel Conde Olgado in defending their rights and their fellows, is a sign of a man, of a critical consumer citizen, committed to his community and country, as while injustice invaded his life, he reconverted giving meaning and continuity, making it axis a constant struggle to claim natural rights of all workers.
These 16 years of tenure were a constant protest against the violation of trade union rights, human dignity and that despite adversity, was able to sow the seeds of friendship, reap the fruits of solidarity and offer from the tent, as a craftsman who molded his work, his legacy of struggle to requiring them.
Who no doubt you know your strong convictions and your strong commitment to service. In the words of Paul Brulat, "Just a moment to make a hero, but a lifetime is needed to make a good man" Your path fighter, after 16 years in the Tent of Secheep was and is, prestige and pride for this community, noting the lack of values and ideals that strengthen patriotic feelings, a sense of justice and the democratic spirit of all people who want to continue to grow and develop in peace and harmony and benefit of all.
The Civil Association in Defense of the Right of Citizenship, would not be absent from this act of vindication of Miguel Conde Olgado, since his claim, it is a triumph of the defense of citizens' rights that are continuously affected by some form of injustice, As Montesquieu said: "The injustice committed against one man is a threat to all men."
We also want to highlight the courageous attitude of the intervention of Secheep, Cr. Daniel Saint Kitts and Gerardo Escobar that this act starts to resolving a conflict that for sixteen years was an open wound in the Chaco community.
Thanks and successes to Miguel Conde Olgado, a worthy and exemplary citizen.
